To commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Sri Srinivasa Ramanujan, our school celebrated National Mathematics Day on 22 December 2017. In view of the same, many interesting competitions in mathematics were conducted on stage class wise. All the cadets participated with more enthusiasm and won many prizes. In addition to the competitions like Tangram, 4X4 Magic square, Rubik’s cube, centuple puzzle, Inter locking cubes, Bio perpetual calendar etc, cadets were also involved in reciting mathematics poems and their thoughts in mathematics during the entire week starting from 18 December 2017.Cadets also decorated all the notice boards with mathematics in the classes as well as dormitories. The event was organised by Cdt.Vinay and Cdt Sujith under the guidance of Mr.B V Ramesh. Honourable Vice Principal of the school was the guest for the event. In the end, he appreciated all the cadets for their best efforts in organising the event and wished everyone a happy mathematics day.
