It was a memorable and motivating experience for 83 cadets of class VII and five escort staff to visit 4 KAR AIR SQN NCC UNIT, Mysuru to get a driving experience of aircraft simulator on 13th march 2023. The cadets were so excited to know the controls of aircraft and to drive the simulator aircraft. Gliding Instructor Aftab Alam took keen interest in training the cadets to get the best experience of driving the aircraft. This experience motivated every cadet to join Indian Air Force and serve the nation. The interaction with Gp Capt Abhinav Chaturvedi, Commanding Officer was highly informative. Cadets could clarify so many queries about the aircraft and the Indian air force.
The cadets were so energetic to visit and appreciate the diversity of living organisms in the Chamarajendra zoological park, Mysuru. They could visit many endangered species of animals and wildlife. Cadets could recall many food chains on the earth.
One of the finest places to visit in mysuru after the zoological park is Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda ashram with an aviary, lots of art installations, a bonsai garden and very serene surroundings. Visit to the ashram created spiritual vibes in the cadets. The views of mysuru city from Chamundi hills were stunning and breathtaking.
The enthusiasm and the swiftness in the movement of cadets in the entire trip conclude and confirm that they are going to cherish the memories of this trip throughout their lives.
